Well, it's not really proof, but that's what the image links to.

But yeah, here in PR the Chupacabra is a very well known urban legend. I doubt that this picture is related to this mutated animal, but I also don't think it's a Digimon either.

I don't think that's a Bakemon. Let alone a digimon. I think digimon would look more like they do in Digimon X-Evolution.
