Step 1. Drink Green Tea to calm the mind
Step 2. Clear your mind of all thoughts
Step 3. Concentrate on the space between dimensions until you feel a sort of pull.
Step 4. Call out and see if anything response (when you're first starting out then do it out loud when no one is home but try to do it in your head as you get better at it. Your partner will most likely respond with feelings at first but you should be able to understand them as if they were speaking words).
It works better if you know who your partner is already and the trick is to keep trying and have patience. It can take some time to connect with your partner, it's not an intent thing. If it doesn't work the first time take a brake and try again later. It took me a week to establish contact with my partner the first time this way. Even now I sometimes can't get in touch with him because of one thing or another, be it I can't concentrate properly, he don't want to talk to me for some reason, or I just got too much on my mind. But don't worry it gets easier over time trust me.
